What if the medical knowledge and clinical skills you're developing could help improve how artificial intelligence understands complex healthcare information, evaluates medical scenarios, and delivers more accurate, reliable responses?
At Volga Partners, we're connecting medical students, residents, and advanced healthcare trainees with opportunities to contribute to the evaluation and improvement of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.
We're seeking individuals currently pursuing medical education or completing supervised clinical training in General Practice, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant pathways .
This opportunity is designed for candidates who can apply their academic knowledge, clinical training, and evidence-based reasoning to evaluate AI-generated medical information.
This is not a traditional clinical position. You will not provide direct patient care, diagnose actual patients, or make treatment decisions for real patients. Instead, you'll assess medical scenarios, evaluate clinical reasoning, identify inaccuracies, and provide structured feedback to help improve AI model performance.
Previous AI experience is not required. We're looking for candidates with a strong foundation in medical knowledge, analytical thinking, and an interest in applying their education to emerging healthcare technology.
Areas of Medical Education & Clinical Training

1. General Practice:
