Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Management Consulting, Public Policy, or Political Analysis to design, evaluate, and calibrate high-fidelity strategic problem sets, policy briefs, and gold-standard evaluation benchmarks.
This single role accommodates specialized contributors across two primary disciplines: Management Consulting & Corporate Strategy and Political Science & Public Policy Analysis . Candidates will be placed in either an Expert Contributor (mid-level) or Senior Specialist / Reviewer (senior-level) track based on domain depth, years of experience, and prior experience conducting peer calibration and quality reviews.
Requirements
Experience: 3–15+ years of demonstrable professional experience in top-tier management consulting firms, corporate strategy pods, policy think tanks, government affairs units, or multilateral institutions.
Methodological Rigor: Deep command of qualitative and quantitative synthesis, structured analytical thinking, policy impact modeling, and scenario evaluation.
Education & Credentials: Advanced degree (Master’s/Ph.D.) in Business Administration (MBA), Public Policy (MPP/MPA), International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred. …
