Tech Agents help ensure events run smoothly by monitoring event platforms, assisting participants, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with internal teams in real time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys live event production, technology, and fast-paced problem-solving.
Responsibilities
As a Tech Agent, you will:
Monitor live virtual events from start to finish
Provide technical support to clients, presenters, interpreters, and attendees
Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, and platform-related issues
Monitor event quality and proactively catch issues before they impact the event
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal production teams
Escalate technical issues as needed while keeping stakeholders informed
Ensure interpreters and other participants are connected and working properly
Keep detailed notes on issues and actions taken during the event
Stay attentive and available for the full duration of assigned events

You have:
Strong technical troubleshooting skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or varied shifts based on event needs
