Fully remote, project-based work checking how well frontier AI does real clinical work, from assessment and planning to medications and handoffs. You write cases based on your own practice and grade where the model gets it wrong. $40 to $125 USD an hour, at least 10 hours a week, as an independent contractor. For licensed clinicians (RN, NP, PA, MD or DO, PharmD, or allied health) in the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, or Australia. AI models can recite clinical guidelines and still miss what matters for the patient in front of them. This role puts your experience to work finding out where. You turn situations from your own practice into realistic cases, run them through frontier models, and judge the answers the way you would review a colleague's plan. You set your own schedule, and the work rewards careful writing as much as expertise.
