The work is the benchmark: the dataset that measures how well today's AI models produce the slide decks a European executive would actually accept. You sit in the Finance squad and either author tasks, which means writing a realistic brief, supplying public source material with clear provenance, and writing the rubric that defines done, or you review other people's tasks and approve or send them back. Finance covers IC memos, pitch books, CIMs, valuation summaries, returns bridges and sensitivity tables, and it tests numerical integrity: units, fiscal versus calendar year, GAAP versus non-GAAP, totals that foot to the source table.
The rubric items have to be checkable, not matters of taste: a number that reconciles, a defined term used the same way throughout, a title that carries the message.
A week has a live course session in the morning, task work after it, a weekly squad meeting and a leaderboard that ranks on approved tasks.
