About the role
We are recruiting participants for a paid project recording short, real-time English conversations built around what one person is showing on camera. You will be paired with another participant. One of you films everyday objects and tasks with a phone from your own point of view. The other watches the live view remotely and guides you by voice.
Your participation will include:
Completing a batch of short paired recordings with an assigned partner, about 1.5 minutes each plus setup time
Working in one of two roles:
the camera user, who films objects and actions from a first-person view
the guide, who watches the live video from a different location and responds by voice
Setting up simple everyday scenes using items you already have
Attending a short online onboarding before recording begins
Attending paired sessions scheduled in advance
