Key Responsibilities
Write and review chemistry questions in your subdiscipline (organic, inorganic, physical, analytical or computational).
Assess AI answers for correctness and explain errors.
Write reference answers with clear mechanistic or quantitative justification.
Review other experts' questions for difficulty and accuracy.
Give structured written feedback.
Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.
