Key Responsibilities
Design realistic civil engineering problems with complete reference answers.
Write grading rubrics that separate professional engineering judgment from textbook recall.
Evaluate AI-generated calculations, designs and specifications head-to-head and explain which is better and why.
Review problems and answers across areas such as structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, transportation, water resources and construction.
Check answers against relevant standards and codes where applicable.
Document errors in model reasoning and propose improved responses.
Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.
