Typical assignments include examining origin and destination cargo photos, scrutinizing air waybills, and assessing delivery photo disputes. Your responsibilities will also involve drafting clear, well-reasoned custody and liability determinations. Professionals with backgrounds in airline, ground handling, and parcel carrier claims are particularly encouraged to participate. All activities are fully remote, offering maximum flexibility.
Scope of Work
Review and analyze documentation related to cargo and parcel claims, including air waybills, shipment photos, and delivery records.
Assess evidence to determine custody, liability, and compliance with release rules for disputed shipments.
Draft clear and concise written rationales supporting custody and liability determinations.
Evaluate delivery photo disputes and provide detailed findings based on visual and written evidence.
Identify inconsistencies, omissions, or procedural issues in freight documentation and claims submissions.
Provide subject matter input to support the training and refinement of AI-powered claims processes.
