In this hourly, remote contractor role, you will work as an AutoCAD Specialist (SME) to create realistic, challenging computer-based tasks using AutoCAD and related drafting workflows. You will design practical CAD tasks, document them clearly in SuperAnnotate, ensure your computer setup supports the task, and record yourself executing the task on your computer. Tasks may include 2D drafting, drawing setup, layers, dimensions, blocks, layouts, title blocks, plotting, file organization, annotations, xrefs, or other AutoCAD workflows.
You may also be asked to create task prompts, demonstrate correct workflow execution, and ensure that the recording is clear, realistic, and useful for AI training. Your AutoCAD expertise directly helps improve the world’s premier AI models by teaching them how real users complete practical drafting, documentation, and CAD workflows on a computer.
Your profile
Hands-on experience using AutoCAD for drafting, technical drawings, layouts, annotation, dimensions, plotting, or related CAD workflows.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher to understand project instructions, document tasks clearly, and communicate with the project team.
Comfortable using a computer, managing files, installing/opening required programs, navigating software interfaces, and recording workflows.
Ability to come up with realistic and challenging AutoCAD tasks that reflect actual drafting, design, documentation, engineering, architecture, or technical drawing use cases.
Strong understanding of AutoCAD basics such as model space, paper space, layers, lineweights, blocks, dimensions, annotations, layouts, viewports, and plotting.
Ability to ensure your setup supports the task, including having AutoCAD installed, files available, templates/assets prepared, and any required references ready before recording. …
