# About AI Train Job

Plain answers about who we are, how we are paid and where every number comes from.

## What this site is

AI Train Job is an independent index of paid AI training work. It lists 2,330 open roles from 41 platforms, with the pay, location and requirements each platform publishes. Every role links to the platform's own job board, and we never host an application.

## How we make money

Some apply links are referral links. If you join a platform through one, AI Train Job may earn a fee from that platform. It never changes what you are paid, it never changes which roles we list or how we rank them, and every role also has a plain link. We never charge job seekers.

## What we will not do

We do not accept payment to list or rank a role, we do not invent pay figures, and we do not turn monthly or per-task pay into an hourly rate. When a listing does not say, the page says "not stated".

## Where the data comes from

Each platform's own public job board, re-checked on a schedule, plus roles added by hand and marked as such. How we read pay, location and dates is written down on the how-it-works page, so you can check our numbers against the source.
